Problem

Had a customer in West Boylston Massachusetts who needed to upgrade their Internet Explorer from 6 to 8.  They recieved the following error from IE8 install  ”the procedure entry point shreggetvaluew could not be located in the dynamic link library shlwapi.dll”?

Solution

Internet Explorer 8

You need to have at least Service Pack 2 installed on the computer to install Internet Explorer 8
